Yvett is the heart of our company. She has been successfully working in the music industry for 17 years and brings along her extensive practical experience. As a talented A&R manager and talent scout, she discovered Teya, among others, who she established as a newcomer in the scene in 2018/2019 and who reached the final at the ESC 2023 in Liverpool. Together with Teya, Yvett laid the foundation for an impressive career within one year, which culminated in performances on the biggest stages, such as the Eurovision Song Contest.
At the ESC 2019/2020 Yvett was “Head of Delegation”. She is passionate about organizing and leading international songwriting camps. These take place in renowned studios such as the "Black Rock Studio" on Santorini, as well as in Scotland, Germany, Croatia, Switzerland and Austria. She is currently active in international projects, including collaborations with Alan Roy Scott in Los Angeles and
Mike “Spike” Streefkerk in collaboration with the music studio Hellinger Production in Germany. She also guides other musicians and bands, which she supports and advises with her expertise and passion
“from the backstage of the music industry”.
A&R manager

After successfully graduating from the Business Academy for Media, Events and Culture (EBAM) as a "Music Business Manager" and music business woman, Yvett dedicated herself to artist and music management. She uses her broad knowledge and in-depth industry knowledge professionally. While studying in Munich and Vienna, she completed internships at established music studios and record companies, where she made valuable contacts with leading players in the music industry.
She is now successfully using this accumulated expertise and networks in her own music label. She helps her artists to achieve valuable collaborations and brings them to important stages, such as the Danube Island Festival, the Eurovision Song Contest or international stages in Los Angeles, Canada, but also the local music scene in Austria and Germany.

Her goal is to empower her clients and bring about lasting, positive changes in their inner attitude.
