Michael Huntemann

Our team is completed by Michael, who takes on the important role of fitness and mental trainer. His journey into the world of mental training began after a dramatic personal event that inspired him to find new ways to deal with negative thoughts and enjoy the present more consciously.

 

Through intense personal experiences, he has learned to let go of the past, live in the here and now and gain control over his thoughts and therefore his emotions.

As a trained coach, yoga and Shaolin practitioner, Michael has a wide range of techniques that he teaches participants for self help. In 2021 and 2022 he completed in-depth coaching training and expanded his portfolio in 2023 to include breathing techniques and a yoga teacher training. He has been deepening his knowledge of Shaolin since the beginning of 2024 as well.

In addition to his mental expertise, Michael also brings with him in-depth fitness experience, which he gained through years of competitive swimming as well as through his work as an athletic trainer and the acquisition of fitness trainer licenses.

 

His holistic approach combines expertise from various disciplines into a multifunctional fitness approach that offers our participants a diverse and effective training alternative.
